UPS driver is facing DUI and drug charges

A UPS driver was recently arrested in Louisiana and charged with a DUI. It was reported that she had been seen swerving on the road and that the authorities were notified. After she was pulled over she reportedly agreed to field sobriety tests but did not pass them. The driver was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, and she also faces drug charges. The incident happened in West Carroll Parish.

The drug charges resulted from a subsequent search of the driver’s belongings. Seven hydrocodone pills were allegedly found and she was charged with possession. According to UPS, the driver had previously been fired but the union brought her back.
