Robbery suspects can benefit from a criminal defense

Four men were arrested on suspicion of stealing copper wire. A person called police and reported the theft of the wire from a construction trailer that was located on the man’s property. The caller provided a description of the men and the truck that they allegedly drove off in after they had apparently stolen the copper wire.

McKenzie County Sherriff’s officers pulled over the suspected truck, and a search of the truck revealed copper wire worth about $1,000 as well as wire cutters. The men are facing charges of class C felony theft. They range in age from 26 to 53 years old. In an interview at the scene, the younger man identified two of the other men as the perpetrators of the crime.
